To complete your registration, you must follow these three steps:
Fill out the online registration form on our website
Send your payment via e-transfer to urgentcareconference@gmail.com (please include the name you registered under as a note on the transfer)
Wait for a confirmation email from us
Please note: You are not officially registered until we receive your payment. Submitting the online form alone does not guarantee your spot. If we do not receive your e-transfer, your registration will not be processed.
