To help keep registration costs down, we are only accepting payment via e-transfer.
To complete your registration, you must follow these three steps:
Fill out the online registration form by clicking below. Ensure that you fully complete the registration by completing the Checkout, providing your address and clicking “Purchase”. You will notice there is a zero charge and you will not pay anything at this point.
Once you have received the registration confirmation email, send your payment via e-transfer to urgentcareconference@gmail.com Please include the name and email address that you registered under as a note on the transfer.
Wait for a confirmation email from us. If you have not had a confirmation email within 3 days, please email us at urgentcareconference@gmail.com.
